Lock or location specific contact information

We run multiple properties in several locations. Each city has a different property manager. Therefore, the current guest email template can not be automated since the "from name" and "reply to" fields are fixed in the template and will be added to every outgoing email.

I know I can can use the "access.instructions" of the lock to add the correct contact info to automate the messaging but the ability to customize the email header info would be best.
