Fix Airbnb Co-Host issue

Currently the airbnb system does not allow sending bookings to partners when they are made via a co-hosted account. We are working with airbnb to change this policy.

Please add the ability to have co-hosts use RemoteLock. It's my understanding that Airbnb needs to give RemoteLock permission to allow that.

We have had to create separate RemoteLock accounts for each client that we co-host for. It had made our streamlined system very convoluted.

This is critical to support users that are managing numerous homes. In my opinion neither Airbnb or Remotelock should claim that the system is integrated when they aren't for co-hosts.

As a co-host of numerous places, this is an issue. The solution I finally found that works, and I FINALLY no longer need to send manual codes, is through a Guesty integration, in case others need a solution for this in the mean time.
