Ability to maintain a repeat Access User, but activate/deactivate as needed.
Certain users will need occasional access - but their schedules are not regular or predictable. Examples would be housekeeping or maintenance. I'd like not to have to set a new Code for them each time - but prefer to activate/deactivate for them as needed.

Bill PetreyBeing able to enable and disable an account, but still keep it setup and configured in system would be nice. I have use for this too, with out-of-town visitors.

Anthony BattelleWe need to be able to reactivate deactivated users instead of being forced to delete them. The deactivates user profile , has a “deactivate” button. why? They are already deactivated and if you press it. It actually deletes the user.
That button should be a re-activate button. THEN you could restore user access with the same code, the same locks, and not have to recreate the whole account. OK to be fair there IS a workaround. Remove the locks from the user account. Then all else is retained. -

Jud Ready MergedI’m tired or re-entering the guest data each time they come back. I don’t want to make them a full-time user. It would be nice to be able to clone a guest to use them again in the future.

CThis would be a great feature for my business as I have several employees that work for me, leave, and then come back. I would simply deactivate them when they are not working for me, and reenable them when they come back.

Kenneth RichterYou already have this feature.
Guest remains in your user history . Locate them by search and edit profile with new dates and codes. -

PeterAll you actually have to do is just delete the device(s) from the user profile. The users profile still remains. Later you can go back and add which devices you want to grant them access to again. Now, if you don't have the premium plan, you have to do it one lock at a time. That is the reason why there is not a way to just temporarily pause access for the user. That would be too easy for the cheaper plan. You're forced to grant access one device at a time, and hopefully get annoyed enough to upgrade your plan.
